Newborn Piglets

We have given great attention to animal health in the development of our piglet feeds, without losing sight of the result. These Santé feeds have been formulated to minimise the use of antibiotics and to best prepare newborn piglets for the fattening period. These feeds enable you to achieve top-quality, strong piglets which is all you need to start the fattening phase.

Baby Milko DE mash / Baby Milko crumble

• Used as a pre-starter feed for sows, or for caring for piglets weaned at an early stage or for lightweight piglets.
• Extra rich in milk products, high-quality sources of protein and extruded grains. Baby Milko DE Mash contains blood plasma.

Baby Prego granules

• Used from 1 week before weaning up to a maximum of 3 to 5 days after weaning.
• Rich in milk products, high-quality sources of protein and extruded grains. The ingredients are appetizing and very easy to digest which ensures extra feed intake around weaning time. This is crucial for maintaining a healthy intestine.

Baby Go

• Used from 1 week before weaning and up to a maximum of 3 weeks after weaning.
• Health and feed intake play a key role. The new concepts provide maximum food intake around weaning time. They contain a specific choice of additives (acid mixtures, prebiotics and probiotics, etc.) aimed at extra safety for bridging the difficult period after weaning.

Baby Fit / Baby Turbo

• Used from 2 weeks after weaning and up to a weight of 20 kg.
• The focus during this period is on achieving good technical results. Both formulas contain enhanced amino acid profiles and specific ingredients to promote growth. 
• Baby Fit aims for extra safety during digestion. 
• Baby Turbo focuses on maximum growth.

Baby Finish

• Used from 17 kg.
• You can switch to this formula after the piglet leaves the gestation crate for more cost-effective rearing. This formula has been adapted to the needs of the piglet at this stage.

Piglets and fattening pigs

Bimix Start – Vegetal Start

• For piglets from 20 kg up to 40 kg – 45 kg
• Concentrated feed
• Feeding for a sufficient length of time has a positive effect on daily growth and the meat percentage
• Barrows may switch to fattening pig feed (from 35 kg) at an earlier stage

Bimix Groei – Vegetal Groei

• Fattening pig feed in the first phase for pigs between 40 kg and 80 kg
• Feeding for a sufficient length of time has a positive effect on daily growth
• If you continue feeding after 100 kg, pay attention to fatty degeneration
• Barrows can even be switched to standard fattening pig feed at 70 kg
• Ideal for boars from 40 kg until the end of the fattening period

Bimix Sprint (LN) – Vegetal Sprint (LN)

• Standard fattening pig feed – from 40 kg until the end of the fattening period
• Only 1 silo required
• Good price-quality ratio
• Can be used as a ‘luxury fattening feed’ for mixed fattening => positive effect on the meat percentage and feed conversion
• Ideal as a fattening feed for sows
• LN = low in nutrients (extra low in phosphorus and protein)

Bimix Afmest (LN) – Vegetal Afmest (LN)

• Fattening pig feed in the second phase for pigs from 80 kg until the end of the fattening period
• Restricting energy intake at the end of fattening period has a positive effect on the meat percentage
• Switching to fattening feed later (for instance, at 100 kg) can have a positive effect on feed conversion
• More cost-effective feeding
• Extremely good for barrows
• LN = low in nutrients (extra low in phosphorus and protein)
